My Husband Was In A Parking Lot (beside His Car

My husband was in a parking lot (beside his car after doing a few errands around 1:00 pm)) and all of the sudden - did not know where he was. He got in his car and drove but did not know where he was driving. A drive home is about 7 minutes - took him 20. Came home disoriented but no other symptoms. A few hours later he felt like he was hit by a truck (lasted a few hours) His blood pressure was a little high at 6:00. Today he is completely fine
