My Husband Was In The Minor Car Accident 4 Weeks

My husband was in the minor car accident 4 weeks ago, but has been acting very strange since then. He has trouble driving and parking, he is extra irritable, forgetful, just not himself. I am worried he hit his head and doesn't remember it happening.
