My Husband Was Out Working In The Yard And Then

My husband was out working in the yard and then changed the oil in his car. He was on the ground on an old piece of carpet. Now he has a rash mostly where his underwear would be. It looks like pimples but is really itchy. By the way, we live in a rural are where mice are in and out of our garage.
