My Husband Was Prescribed .5mg Of Clonazepam 1/2 Twice A

My husband was prescribed .5mg of clonazepam 1/2 twice a day. He got them filled on Thursday afternoon. He has only 9 left. He is in psychosis and falling asleep while eating and talking. He also got 190 tramadol at the same time and only has 40 left. Is that a deadly combination?
