My Husband Was Prescribed Zyvox For A UTI That Was

My husband was prescribed zyvox for a UTI that was resistant to most antibiotics. I see so many foods to avoid because of tyramine content. He is recovering from serious surgery and a blood infection. I want him to eat soup that i would make today but give him throughout the next few days. However, I am concerned based on what I am reading that he can only eat food prepared the same day, etc. the list is so extensive. He has high blood pressure and takes medication for that. I am worried about what I can feed him.
