My Husband Was Put On Tramadol. He Is Also On

My husband was put on Tramadol. He is also on blood pressure medicine. He is having some major pain with his tooth and I was wanting to see if he can take Tramadol with ibuprofen/ tylenol (Goody's back and body) with this in order to reduce his pain if he is on blood pressure medicine.
