My Husband Was Putting Our Anchor Away And When He

My husband was putting our anchor away and when he came out of the cabin said he was having trouble seeing out of his left eye. He didn't feel anything sting him but his eyelid was completely swollen and looks black and blue. He said it doesn't hurt, he just can't see out of that eye because of the swelling. He took a benedryl. what should we do?
