My Husband Was Recently In The Hospital And Was Told

My husband was recently in the hospital and was told he has gallstone but his gallbladder appears normal on Nuclear dye test...but our primer Dr called and said that he needs to see him and refer him to an Oncologist for Mesenteric abnormality w/ lymph nodes left upper and quadrant...what does this mean?
