My Husband Was Stooped Over Checking An A/c Unit When

My husband was stooped over checking an a/c unit when he felt dizzy and faint. He stood up and drank water and called the doctor. He is a diabetic and takes medication. This occurred about noon and he says he is not dizzy now. It his head does not feel right. Appt is first thing in the morning but I am wandering if we should go to emergency room now
