My Husband Was Underwent A Major Operation Due To Liposarcoma

My husband was underwent a major operation due to Liposarcoma (about 20 kg) in his abdomen and subsequent Chemotherapy treatment during November 2012. Recently again detected the recurrence of the same liposarcoma and it is also surgically removed on 2-12-2016. What we have to do to arrest its recurrence and its treatment. Is again chemotherapy is advisable ? or radiation is effective?
In which hospital we have to approach for its treatment. Please help.............
