My Husband Went Jogging & Later Sat In Our Community

My husband went jogging & later sat in our community jacuzzi. Later that night he felt pain on the back of the leg right above the knee area. Over the course of the last few days, it's developed into a bump & red patch of skin. Any ideas? Going on 5 days. Thank you
