My Husband Went On A Long Motorcycle Ride And Badly

My husband went on a long motorcycle ride and badly burned his forehead and nose on Saturday, Sunday it oozed a watery yellow substance but now stopped and today his face is swollen badly across the bridge of his nose and his eyes have begun to blacken, He says all of this doesn't hurt. Should I be worried?
