My Husband Went To Walk In Clinic And Was Told

My husband went to walk in clinic and was told he has pneumonia. He was prescribed amoxicillin - 4 pills a day for 10 days. He has taken 2 so far. His head is very sore and there was bloody mucous on the Kleenex when he blew his nose. Is this a symptom of pneumonia or should we go to the hospital? He's worried about it.
