My Husband, Who Is 60 Years Old, Woke Up This

My husband, who is 60 years old, woke up this morning with about a quarter sized blood stain that apparently seeped from his penis. He did not notice blood in his urine. He has passed kidney stone before, but hasn't had symptoms of a stone. Should we contact a urologist first?
