My Husband Who Is 77 Is Having A Problem With

My husband who is 77 is having a problem with his right side he says he feels like he has to urinate all the time but hardly nothing comes out, he also says it feels like he needs to have a bowl movement but not much luck. It all just started today, Iam worried he never gets ill. Do you have any advise for us?
