My Husband Whom I Married A Month Ago Says That

My husband whom I married a month ago says that a few minutes while having sex, I usually tell him very personal stories including a "warning never to tell my husband". Surprisingly, when he ask me while still in that state who I was talking to, I always said HE is the one. This partial memory problem would continue until another 4 minutes after the sexual activity has been stopped. Then I would jump up as if waken hurriedly from a deep sleep. Personally, I normally feel that I was talking, but am never certain when and about what. Am confused. Sometimes I wake up after sex as if am sleep-walking. What could this be?
