My Husband Works In A Lumber Mill. For Over 2

My husband works in a lumber mill. For over 2 months now every Monday night, after feeling fine all weekend, comes home from the mill with a fever, chills, trouble breathing (he does have asthma). His face turns really red, his ears turn red, his eyes get bloodshot with an very obvious fever. He starts feeling better by midday on Tuesday and is fine through the week, then it starts over again the next Monday. He hasn't been to the doctor yet simply due to some problems with his new insurance.
