My Husbands Albumin Is 1.5 And His Total Protein Is

My husbands albumin is 1.5 and his total protein is 4.9. He had to receive 4 units of blood because of a peptic ulcer 5 days ago. He is post 2 week for a major surgery. He is getting j tube feeding now. He has not been eating well because of stomach pain. Should we be concerned about the albumin and protein levels?
