My Husband's Blood Pressure Is 166 Over 113 Tonight -

My husband's blood pressure is 166 over 113 tonight - it has been around this for the passed four days - he is taking coversyl for his blood pressure.
As he has dementia it is very hard to know how he is feeling. I notice he keeps rubbing his head as if he had a headache. Can you advise me what I should do ?
