My Husband’s Blood Pressure Is 91/71, Heart Rate 80. He’s

My husband’s blood pressure is 91/71, heart rate 80. He’s confused and a little short of breath. He was just released from hospital yesterday. He was on several new heart meds and they effected his kidneys, he was dehydrated and confused. His meds were changed and sent home. But now he can’t stay awake, is very confused and his blood pressure appears to be low. I don’t want to take him back to the hospital if it’s not necessary.
