My Husband's Body Is Listing To The Left Side When

My husband's body is listing to the left side when he walks. He seems to start out all right but after walking for a while, his body is noticably listing to the left side and he is having balance problems. We are on vacation in Hawaii and I am trying to find out if I need to get him medical care.
