My Husbands Breath Smells Like Blood Or Like When You

My husbands breath smells like blood or like when you floss and it smells weird and it's off and on NOT always lately he's been stressed do to a possible medical condition I think he's worried his ill. Doctors haven't found anything yet he fainted and had to go to er. Blood work came back fine chest X-ray fine his patent both had heart issues they are no longer alive ?
