My Husbands Hands Shake So Bad He Can't Hold A

My husbands hands shake so bad he can't hold a cup without 2 hands and still spills. He want go to a Dr. he uses lots of Sudefed, coffee all day and night, red bull. Oh, he smokes a pak are more of cigarettes. Has horrible cough too. Sometimes it looks like his head is slightly shaking too.
