My Husband's Having Eye Cat. Surgery And Asked His Doc

My husband's having eye cat. surgery and asked his doc to prescribe high blood pressure meds as MY HUSBAND decided his pressure was high @ 153/67. Now his pressure is very low, 123/59
He is 70 and small, 135 lbs. WTF? Am I crazy? How low is too low?
