My Husband's Hcg Level Came Back A 16. Scheduled For

My husband's hcg level came back a 16. Scheduled for ultrasound. He is on dialysis no diabetic. Had enlarged breast, had mammogram no need for ultra sound but sent him to endocrinologist. Says could be caused from dialysis or other medicine maybe omeprazole but first wanted to get blood work which now shows a 16. Now ultrasound of testicles. Could levels this high indicate anything other than testicular cancer
