My husbands mov is high 96 monocytes 12.4. Ministry is asking why. He has never had a Dui. He fell in June and got a severe concussion and 4 years ago had a seizure. Ever since the fall a doctor said he thought it was a seizure and they took his license. He explained he was up at 5pm then worked midnights stayed up all morning to cut grass very high temperature out had 5-6 beers during that day and fell. Not understanding blood work.
