My Husbands Right Testicle Started Bleeding This Afternoon And It

My husbands right testicle started bleeding this afternoon and it won't stop it is such a small pin hole size. I have cleaned him up a couple of times it slows down if he is still but if he go to the bathroom or walks it starts back up. How can we get this to stop? Mrs. K.
