My Husbands Tongue Went Numb While/ After Vomiting. He Has

My husbands tongue went numb while/ after vomiting. He has been vomiting for several hours- we are assuming it's a stomach virus since a lot of people around us have it, but the tongue being numb is a strange symptom and we did not know if that was normal.
