My Implanon Expired In September...it Is Now December....i Have Pelvic

My implanon expired in september...it is now december....i have pelvic congestion found in a ct scan. I have been bleeding thin bright blood pretty heavily for 3 weeks now with small breaks of up to a day every once in awhile. Slight to moderate abdominal cramps but not often. Occasionally there will be small clots.
