My Implant Is 9months Out Of Date I Have Enlarged

My implant is 9months out of date I have enlarged boobs weakness too get hot of a night and terrible moods. I get itchy skin can't sleep and have gained weight I've become so weak and tired all I wanna do is sleep n eat I def don't feel comfortable in my own skin and I'm becoming like a lazy person to my friends I've all ways had strength and lots of energy I'm 31 had to kids just no get up and go I am really confused as I've looked it up and I have a lot of bad symptoms I'm burning up now as I'm writing but it's more my breasts I can't even lay on my stomach no more my email is YYYY@YYYY 0000
