My Implant Is Extremely Visible And It Is Visible To

My implant is extremely visible and it is visible to see the peaks it was weved into my arm.at the points closest to the surface there is stinging it is very painful in general and to touch is wose .is there anything I can do to make it less visible and sore as a tiney portion of it is not visible is fine no pain , why isent the rest of it invisible,was the docter whom carried this out not competent do so ? Oh iv had it since two weeks before Easter or this year
My moods at also alternating alot very down in the dumps
