My Inner Labia Is Irritated Especially When Wiping... It Is

My inner labia is irritated especially when wiping... It is red and appears as if a thin layer of skin has been removed .... Over the past few month due to the nature of my job I been noticing that after holding my bladder I leak some( not much ) but enough to feel weird and annoying so what I been doing is placing toiled paper down there for the just in case moments. My Gyn has forwarned me that i should not be holding my bladder and advised me to do kagel excercises( I'm sure I spelled it wrong)This irritations pops up off and on and is just annoying and only thing that soothes it is using antibacterial ointment and then it will feel fine in a few days. Seldomly, I may have itching in the area.. I am to the point where I am just sick of this occurring
