My insulin pen was rolling off of the table, I went to catch it and the needle hit in the palm of my hand. Approximately 1 unit of novolog insulin went into my hand. The problem is it hit a nerve and I get occasional shocks when I fully extend my arm and tingling to my index finger. Will this repair itself with time?
