My Insurance Does Not Approve Of Hydroxyzine Pam. Is There

My insurance does not approve of hydroxyzine pam. Is there something else that could be taken in place of it? This drug worked fine for me. Prior to this I was taking hydroxyzine hcl and they said it was not covered by my insurance. Now they are doing it again. I called today and asked what was being recommend in place of it and couldn't get an answer. They told me to contact my doctor . I was just in last week and don't have an appointment for 2 months 3 weeks from now. Can you help me?
