My Internist Has Changed My Inhaler From Anora (I Can't

My internist has changed my inhaler from Anora (I can't afford it) to Combivent - which has Albuterol in it and I have A-Fib 100% of the time. I'm thinking this may not be the inhaler for me and have not filled the prescription. I was on Spiriva for over 10 yrs and had no side effects but it was not lasting all day.
