My Intestines Are Always Bloated And Very Sore But Now

My intestines are always bloated and very sore but now it also smells sickly sweet, I normally avoid sugars and fat, and don'tdrink alcohol. My life is pretty miserable as it is but now smelling like a burned out candy factory I'm getting slightly worried.
No sweets at all ( anorexia)
Don't eat often If I do eatI prefer sauerkraut.
