My Issue Is With Memory Retrieval. It's A Struggle To

My issue is with memory retrieval. it's a struggle to get words out. and I lose what i want to say by the time it does come out. I currently suffer from Graves disease and Glaucoma plus i have diabetes, and fusion of upper neck bones and base of neck from whiplash. I also have hypothyroid (lazy non existent) and take meds for all of the above. I also take meds for HBP and PTSD. Please tell me Im not losing my mind too -- It feels like a motor issue.
