My Jaw Cheek Has A Piece Of Gum That Seem

My jaw cheek has a piece of gum that seem to stretch over my teeth n it was painful for a couple of days and seems to shrink each passing day but it's still there like I can bite on it and it won't go away sometimes it hurts when I forget it's there n it gets in between my canine I'm not sure what it is..
