My Kid ( 8 Months 2 Weeks 3 Days )

My kid ( 8 months 2 weeks 3 days ) is not taking any food since 2 days , she had a fever of 103 F when consulted ,the doctor prescribed calpol 250 (3.5 ml ),zytee gel for the blisters on throat and she said if it cannot be rubbed then it should mix with a spoon of water and give to her , is it effective as rubbing ?
Her birth weight is 2.9 and her current weight is 10.9
Fruit juices and small amount of rice ,ghee , boiled potato& carrot , cerelac stage 2are giving to her and she is taking breast feed .
