My Knee Is Swollen, Tight, I Can Bend It A

My knee is swollen, tight, I can bend it a little the its to swollen to bend then painful. The back of the knee hurts on one side. It's hard to walk on, I limp. I have had this before, I iced and heat and used a ace bandage then it went away. Now it's back again.
