My Knuckles Are Also White If I Extend Them Straight

My knuckles are also white if I extend them straight finger tips are red sometimes I wake up and my fingers are stiff and feel swollen but I also have tingling in my feet and below the knee both legs and feet no diabetes that I know of the muscle behind my knees get really sore only reason I know is if I squat it really hurts trying to get back up I can't over excert myself or I'm exhausted wonder what is causing this ?
