My Labia Minora Is Rough And Bumpy, And Occasionally (especially

My labia minora is rough and bumpy, and occasionally (especially before my period begins) is irritated, inflamed, and itchy. It's been like this since before I was sexually active but I'm still very concerned that this could be hpv since the bumps resemble those found in hpv cases completely. Is there any other diagnosis? Please help.
