My Labial Frenulum Hurts Underneath My Upper Lip. I Can't

My labial frenulum hurts underneath my upper lip. I can't suck on anything or it will burn and hurt. My my upper teeth feel tender and bleed when i floss. Should I be concerned? All my other teeth surrounding it feel fine but just my front two teeth and the tooth next to it hurts.
