My Lady Just Got Out Of The Hospital With A

My lady just got out of the hospital with a heat attack. The doctors proscribed nitroglycerin but the pharmacist refused to fill it and said that he called the doctor and a ace inhibitor was substituted. We already had been given a beta blocker. When or if chest pains happen again do we take more ace inhibitor or follow the instructions for the Nitro?
