My Large Amount Of Oxycodone And Fentanyl Patch Have Nearly

My large amount of oxycodone and fentanyl patch have nearly quit working. I've been on the same dose for 8yrs. The doctor won't raise either dose so I've opted to request a pump. What kind of doctor puts them in and does the medication still make you feel the same, i.e. drowsy, slightly detached?
