My Large Intestine Has Been Removed And I Now Have

My large intestine has been removed and I now have a J-pouch. My take down was just over a year ago. November 25th 2016 all at once my stomach felt like I had been doing lots of sit ups. It has never completely stopped hurting. Sometimes I can't stand up straight. The pain makes me slump over. The pain is not consistent. It moves around. Right below my ribs have hurt for 3 days. I wonder if I had bad gas and it hurts. But the gas doesn't pass much. Any ideas? I was taking VSL#3 Double strength probiotics. But in November my ins. stopped covering them. Could that be the problem?
