My last BP reading was 143 over 57?? Is this okay or do I need to take medication??
Thank you. My BP is usually 135 over 78. I am taking from Dr. 800mg. Ibuprofen. I try to take 1 per day for pain but can take up to 3x a day. I'm not on any other meds. I am a female, 71yrs.
