My Last Blood Test Revealed A Very Low (9.7 Mmol/L)

My last blood test revealed a very low (9.7 mmol/L) Anion Gap, Higher than normal for me Calcium (9.87 mg/dL) and High Alkaline Phosphatase (121 U/L). With this combined with me constantly getting throat infections, diarrhea, bone and joint pain, chronic fatigue and depression; Is there any one thing that could be causing all of the above or am I looking at multiple problems?
