My Last Four To Five Menstrual Cycles Have Been Very

My last four to five menstrual cycles have been very heavy. I was taking diet pills (hydroxycut) and now two weeks late for my menstrual cycle. Would that have any affect as to why I'm two weeks late? I'm having all of the signs of trying to start my cycle!!!!!
