My Last Menstrual Cycle Was September 26th I Went To

My last menstrual cycle was september 26th i went to the emergency room for a sinus infection and they told me they couldnt see a sac or baby n my hcg levels are 9000 eithercearly pregnancy or miscarriage but i have not bleed since my last menstrual cycle only brown discharge for a day not enough to fill a pad. Im nervous it may b etopic pregnancy but i also want to know can i have a miscarriage without bleeding.
